Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives across the UAE and Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a solid understanding of the investment sector.

Key Responsibilities

・Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client portfolio in the UAE and Gulf.

・Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

・Lead market research to identify growth opportunities.

・Collaborate with teams to implement innovative investment solutions aligned with Ramtic’s mission.

・Support business initiatives across our group companies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in UAE business development or investment management.
3. Proven client relationship management.
4. Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
